IHRSA Withdraw Statement

WOODWAY USA, Inc. will withdraw from IHRSA 2020 Convention and Trade Show in San Diego due to the continuing spread and concern of COVID-19, the novel coronavirus. A statement released by Doug Bayerlein, President of WOODWAY:
“We believe it is appropriate to refrain from attending IHRSA 2020 Convention and Trade Show at this time given the continued spread of coronavirus and the uncertainty it is causing around the world.
We do not want to potentially spread the virus, we believe this would be a risk given that we ask users to “Feel the Difference” when using our products.
The health and well being of our customers, employees, partners, and all who attend the event, is important. We must put their health and well-being at the forefront.
This decision is not one that is taken lightly. IHRSA has been the highlight of our spring calendar for years and we will miss the opportunity to see so many of our industry friends – we wish them all safe travels and good health.”
